The Consumer Defense Code defines that exchanges and can be made within 7 days in case of regret. Exchanges are free within a period of 7 days in case of defect, product divergence, colors, models, and sizes.

The customer can choose to receive a new product (exchange)

Exclusions: Promotional items/with pre-discounted items at the time of sale, are not exchangeable.

For exchange, the products must have a label, must not contain signs of wear or use, and must be returned in the original packaging.
